• 🛠️  Hands-on, that means: model deployment & serving infra, our LLM gateway, part of the internal platform infrastructure, post-launch monitoring and reliability, cost observability for our products, and part of the eval work.
• 🗣️  I also handle external technical communication and partnerships for the product & API platform.
• ⭐  My self-hosted tools have picked up 5k+ stars. People quietly running them on their own servers is the metric I actually care about.

• 🔧  Mostly Go / Python / TypeScript, plus far too much YAML.
• 🏠  Off the clock: homelab tinkerer, and small self-hosted tools that make my own days better.

I no longer write most code line by line. I orchestrate coding agents: describe the outcome, let agents fan out across a repo, review the diff, keep the taste and the architecture calls for myself. Reviewing, specifying and verifying became the job; typing became an implementation detail.

That shift is also what I build for now — Very Happy came out of wanting to run those agents from anywhere, not just from the laptop they happen to be installed on.

I'm genuinely curious what this looks like in one or two years. My bet: the unit of work stops being "a commit" and becomes "an intent", and the interesting engineering moves to the surrounding system — context, verification, and the panel you steer it all from.
