fix: resolve renamed bundle files in the story UI; export music data without the arena music table - #112

A prefab can record the file name of a bundle as it was when the prefab was built, while the bundle that ships carries another file name. References into such a file were exported as null. When a loaded bundle holds exactly one object with the referenced path id, the reference now resolves to it, so the UI icons that live in a localization bundle are exported with their sprites. …provenance The exported provenance listed the SHA-256 of every table the exporter reads. A table that the master data does not list, such as the optional arena music table, has no SHA-256 and stopped the export with a KeyError. Such tables are now left out of the provenance table list. References into a bundle file that no catalog bundle provides are resolved to the single loaded object with the referenced path id, instead of being exported as null. The story UI's fast-forward and sound button sprites now export with their names.
