prepare 0.1.33 with the Host startup and recovery fixes: detached Windows desktop Hosts survive SSH disconnects, interrupted inactive starts and service restarts retain their original diagnostic state during guarded recovery, Mac recovery checks the actual service and executable path, and interrupted unix installs reap their children before releasing the lock. the preceding dependency PR patches the docs framework and npm provenance verifier.

Tegami generated the Cargo version, lockfile, changelog and publication plan in Crabbox. all eight npm manifests, launcher dependency versions, root and docs package versions, and npm lockfile agree on 0.1.33. the CLI reference was regenerated from the exact CI-built 0.1.33 binary in Crabbox, and the docs landing page identifies the same version.

Crabbox validation passed the release package graph, Tegami dry run and committed changelog check. the installer suite passed (13 passed, one Windows-only skip). the full npm suite passed in Crabbox after adding its missing npx executable: 88 passed, three Windows-only skips. the matching-binary docs contract passed for 25 files and 107 command examples. native CI is required before merging. this PR is stacked after the recovery and dependency fixes; publication follows the merged signed tag and exact CI tarballs using local npm credentials.
