Pins the E2E job to ubuntu-24.04 so it runs again; it is failing on master and holding production's deploy.

Behaviour changes

  • The E2E job runs on Ubuntu 24.04, not ubuntu-latest. ubuntu-latest moved to 26.04, where npx playwright install --with-deps chromium fails with "Playwright does not support chromium on ubuntu26.04-x64". The job fails before running a test. Production waits for master's checks, so it hasn't deployed Release 5 follow-up: map an unbilled Sunlight Basic line to a comp #886.
  • Unpin once Playwright supports 26.04.

Migrations

None.

What to check

  • The E2E job on this PR installs Playwright and passes.
  • After merge, master's checks go green and production deploys.

ubuntu-latest moved to 26.04, where Playwright cannot install Chromium,
so the E2E job fails before running a test and holds production's
deploy, which waits for master's checks.
