FORTE: a fast, parallel and flexible coupled climate model
Contains:
- Source code and run scripts
To compile:
- Prerequisite libraries: NetCDF4, HDF5, an MPI library (e.g. openmpi), Fortran compilers, + any dependencies
- Enter 'source' directory and follow instructions in README.compile
To run:
** Example scripts 'batch_job??' are provided, though be aware that job control etc. are platform dependent.
- Edit ./batch_jobXX as necessary/desired
- Launch FORTE2.0 using e.g.: ./batch_jobXX &> run.out &
