Description
Update the default frontend image from b4e45fbf to a9cecf48. This build includes the Grafana Open fix: new tabs follow the current dashboard with full Grafana navigation, while embedded dashboards retain kiosk mode and filters.
Verified the published image index includes amd64 and arm64. Helm dependency build, lint, and template passed; chart rendering tests passed with 84 passing and one existing skipped test. No existing functionality is removed or newly gated.
