Create a host-only Cargo workspace that specializes selected CUB forms through NVRTC and reports exact scratch layouts with their LTO output. Striped Load/Store lets each lane access interleaved items while preserving the payload through Store. This adds the static
coop::Stripedselector, group-first calls with inferred element types, checked slot validity, and shared-borrow Store without shared scratch.Review after #12102. This draft owns the Striped API/provider mapping, public tests, examples and documentation; it depends on NVIDIA/cuda-rust#1574 for the inherited compiler integration. View this slice.
Validation: the combined device executable passes 177 Striped, 1,093 Direct and 1,305 Transpose cases. All three Striped sanitizer runs, two expected device-failure cases, 23 compiler contrasts, native provider checks and the standalone example pass. Final device inspection confirms zero Striped scratch; host tests, Clippy, rustdoc, guide rendering and hooks pass.
