This should remove the possibility host truslucent host activity stack desync, leading to "Fatal Exception: java.lang.IllegalStateException Can't start activity that is not stopped." This wlll only let the external libs activities being able to generate this crash
Inflate locally and fallback on legacy notification upon error
Most likely happening on a disk full device.
Crash introduced by 783857e last non reverted part. Only occuring on Android 16.
