Nethvoice CTI - Call history filter does not apply when only the time range is changed #8041

Bug Description

In the Call History report, changing only the time range does not apply the new filter as expected.

The search works if the user selects the desired time range and then re-selects the day/date.
If the date is already set and the user modifies only the time range, the filter is not applied and the results remain effectively unchanged.

This behavior is confusing from a UX perspective because the user expects a time-range change to trigger the filter update on its own.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Call History / Report Chiamate view.
2. Select a date/day.
3. Set a first time range and apply the search.
4. Without changing the date, modify only the time range.
5. Check the results / applied filter.

Expected Behavior

Changing the time range alone should update and apply the filter correctly, without requiring the user to re-select the date.

Actual Behavior

If only the time range is changed, the new filter is not applied as expected.
The search behaves correctly only if the user selects the time range and then re-selects the day/date.

Additional Notes

• The initial report suggested that any selected hour returned the whole day.
• Further investigation clarified that the issue is tied to the filter application flow:
  • works if time range is selected and then the date is selected,
  • does not work as expected if only the time range is changed while keeping the same date.
• This may be a UX/filter-confirmation issue rather than a backend search issue.
