This PR updates the DPI filter documentation after the DPI refactor.
After the refactor, the DPI filter works like firewall rules: rules form an ordered list and the first matching rule wins. Each rule can block or allow traffic from one or more addresses, instead of blocking traffic per interface. Users can also create application groups, which can contain single applications, single protocols or entire categories.
Changes are applied to both English and Italian.
