docs: update my service host names - #279

Enterprise clusters now reach the my service at proxy.my.nethesis.it for registration, inventory, heartbeat, cluster backup and alerts. List it next to my.nethesis.it, which remains the subscription portal. The backupd.nethesis.it cloud backup is now used by Community subscriptions only. Assisted-by: Claude Code:claude-haiku-5-5

Since NethServer/dev#8078 Enterprise clusters talk to the new my service at a different host name. This updates the list of external services in the system requirements page so that firewall rules can be set correctly.
The Enterprise row now lists
