bug: Community Contributions card description displays the single word 'comments' #256

In src/features/developer/components/user-profile-client.tsx line 563, the CardDescription component renders:
<CardDescription>{t("community.comments")}</CardDescription>
This outputs literally the single word "comments" in English and "تعليقات" in Arabic. By comparison, repository and pull request cards describe their content accurately (t("topwork.desc")).

Motivation

Displaying 'comments' as a card header subtitle is a translation key mistake and looks unfinished.

Tasks

• Add translation key "community.desc": "Most impactful public issues and discussions" to src/locales/en.json.
• Add translation key "community.desc": "المشاركات الأكثر تأثيراً في النقاشات والقضايا العامة" to src/locales/ar.json.
• Update user-profile-client.tsx line 563 to use {t("community.desc")}.
