GitHub currently lists overlapping platform release workflows and duplicate web builds. This consolidates them into four entry points and moves iOS/macOS compilation from Xcode Cloud to GitHub macOS runners:
main; preserves Internal Testing and External Testing distribution.Apple builds use Xcode 26.2, the pinned Flutter version, and API-authenticated managed signing. The previous App Manager key was rejected for cloud signing; a dedicated signing key is configured in GitHub. macOS archives retain the project's release entitlements through an ad-hoc archive signature before Apple distribution signing. The script verifies those entitlements before upload, preventing the App Sandbox validation failure observed with unsigned archives.
Release app source remains pinned to immutable version tags; build scripts come from the workflow revision. GitHub release publication and the version-bump PR wait for all selected platforms to succeed. Fork PRs receive no signing credentials and do not deploy previews. Copilot workflows and run history are retained.
Validation:
VALIDandAPP_STORE_ELIGIBLE. These tests did not submit a public App Review request.The old Xcode Cloud workflows are disabled, with history retained. No release tags are moved. This PR needs the normal approving review before merge; the default-branch workflow list changes after merge.
