Follows monorepo #117: the simulated fleet's calibration is SAVEd into the servo's store, so Reboot boots it back and Factory reset erases it exactly as the chip does. The Reboot spec now asserts Calibrated after the servo answers again; the Factory comment states the hardware reason.
