app: servo page and control table subscribe through the bus manager

PR 3 of three from docs/design/bus-manager.md, closing the migration. The Health card is a slow subscription over the health block, About a one-shot read of the identity fields, Calibration edits go through bus.write and the session's constants follow the dirty read, Manage reads torque as a slow subscription and runs its four actions as commands. The control table's static tabs read once and reload on Refresh or after an edit; Live values is a slow subscription; a row flashes on the first snapshot past its write. Session.run and Session.client are gone: nothing outside the session and the bus module reaches the client except inside bus.command callbacks.

• deletes table-live.ts and table-read.ts with their tests; Values and editValues live in table-model.ts
• new identity.ts binds the About card's registers
• new browser specs: a calibration edit reaches the dashboard card without a reload; a Live values edit flashes its row and shows the written value
