Replace deprecated team management features with GitHub native tools

The documentation extensively references OpenSauced features for team management and contributor tracking that are no longer available.

• Instructions for creating Contributor Insight Pages
• Team syncing and tracking workflows
• Repository insights for team management

Suggested Replacements

• GitHub Teams and organization features
• GitHub repository insights (native)
• Contributor.info for portfolio tracking
• GitHub Actions for automation

Acceptance Criteria

• Remove deprecated feature instructions
• Provide working alternatives using GitHub native tools
• Update related screenshots and examples
• Maintain the educational value about team building

Priority: High
Good for: Contributors familiar with GitHub organization features
