Adds new locales (ja, ar) alongside existing en/es/pt/fr/de/zh: - register ja and ar in the next.config.js i18n locales list - expose both locales in the language switcher (theme.config.tsx) and in the search input placeholder map - translate every documentation page (faq, overview, rewards, tips) into japanese and arabic
