완료 관문
Gateway·Workflow 계약이 확정되면 각 기능을 별도 하위 PR과 회귀 테스트로 검증합니다. 전체 계약 및 소비자 호환성 확인 전까지 Draft를 유지합니다.

e4c8f03. Source tests passed: 776 passed, 1 skipped, excluding two unrelated DSN tests that require the absent optionalsqlalchemypackage. The offline local wheel build includes the new contract. No package was published.
