Adds an integration page for pith, a self-hosted output-token optimizer that works with Portkey through the built-in Webhook guardrail: a before-request mutator that appends a validated shorter-output instruction on pinned routes and an after-request check that records usage. No gateway code or credentials beyond the webhook URL and a bearer token.
