Adds `us.`, `eu.` and `au.` inference profile pricing for Claude Sonnet 5.5 on Bedrock. Only the base and `global.` slugs existed, so the geography-scoped ones returned 404 from the pricing API. Pricing verified against the AWS Bedrock pricing page in three regions (US East (Ohio), Europe (Ireland), Asia Pacific (Sydney)), which return identical rates per 1M tokens: $2.20 input / $11.00 output / $2.75 5m cache write / $4.40 1h cache write / $0.11 cache read. Also corrects `cache_read_input_token` on the base and `global.` Sonnet 5.5 entries from $0.20 to $0.10 per 1M, which was 2x the published rate.
