This is a minor version upgrade for framer-motion. According to the official upgrade guide, there are no breaking changes for React users in version 12. [4]

The changes between versions 12.23.11 and 12.43.0 consist of bug fixes and performance improvements. These include fixes for whileInView, layout animations, and AnimatePresence, as well as reductions in package filesize. [1]
