I'm sorry, but I didn't find any means to submit a rather obvious bug using one of the external links.
This issue is related to #3, but for Arch Linux.

I'm on COSMIC, trying to fix this issue on Arch Linux. The basic problem is that on Arch Linux, this package requires gnome-keyring, while I want to use oo7, which is the default credentials provider for COSMIC. Support for gnome-keyring is not optimal; I get asked to enter a password each time I log in. Moreover, according to this issue, even GNOME is moving to oo7.
> sudo pacman -S oo7

:: oo7-0.6.0-3 and gnome-keyring-1:50.0-1 are in conflict. Remove gnome-keyring? [y/N] y
error: failed to prepare transaction (could not satisfy dependencies)
:: removing gnome-keyring breaks dependency 'gnome-keyring' required by python-proton-keyring-linux
Could the hard dependency on gnome-keyring be removed now that we also have oo7?
