This pull request moves the tabled dependency from [dependencies] to [dev-dependencies] and updates several dev-dependencies, including rstest, clap, rand, and termtree, to newer versions. The reviewer suggested adding a comment in Cargo.toml to document the custom dependency source or private registry being used, as several of the specified dependency versions are not available on the public crates.io registry.
