RadLex_term and Non-RadLex_term are the only classes whose IRI isn't a RID number. Both are filed under RID0, have no subclasses, and no other class refers to them. Observed on main at 13a5abe.
Should we give them RIDs or make them obsolete? Once we decide, we can add a check that requires RID IRIs. I found these while working on PR #9.
