Replaces #3 and #4. egui and eframe share types and only build when they move together, which is why both of those fail CI on their own.

  • egui and eframe 0.31 → 0.36.2
  • Oldest supported Rust 1.88 → 1.95 (required by egui 0.36); README and CONTRIBUTING updated
  • UI code follows the API changes: panels and App::ui take a Ui, MenuBar, Ui::close, fonts_mut, global_style_mut, content_rect; the raw wheel delta is read from Event::MouseWheel
  • Control requests move to App::logic, so they are also answered while the window is hidden
  • Dependabot now groups egui* and eframe into one pull request

Tested on Windows: fmt, clippy -D warnings, 104 tests, generated docs unchanged. Ran the desktop app against the simulator: grid, block editor, menu bar, and wheel-over-knob (three notches moved Threshold 5.00 → 5.30).

Not checked by hand: macOS and Linux windows, grid right-click menus, the tuner window and the save dialog.

The two crates only build when they move together, so this replaces the
separate Dependabot pull requests (#3, #4) and groups them from now on.

egui 0.36 needs Rust 1.95, so the oldest supported Rust moves from 1.88.
API changes followed: panels and the app entry point take a Ui instead of
a Context, the menu bar and menu closing were renamed, and the raw wheel
delta is now read from the wheel events. Control requests are handled in
App::logic, which also runs while the window is hidden.
