#582 merged after v1.89.0 was cut, from a head that predated the cut, and the merge placed its two entries inside the released 1.89.0 section. Restore 1.89.0 to what the release published and list the entries under Unreleased, where the next release will pick them up.

#582 merged from a head that predated the v1.89.0 metadata sync (#607); the merge placed its two entries inside the released
## [1.89.0]section and left[Unreleased]empty, so v1.89.0's notes claim changes it does not contain and #582 gets no release. This restores
[1.89.0]to exactly what the release commit (bf7bcf2d) published, verified byte-for-byte, and lists the two entries under[Unreleased] / ### Fixed. The set of entries in the file is unchanged. Same repair as #602 and #605.
