[Docs] Correct recent model and session guidance

What changed

• document GPT-6 Luna as the coding default for supported provider connections and presets
• explain that session owners can answer integration-tool approval requests directly in Slack, Discord, or Telegram
• document queued Session messages and the sender's ability to remove one before delivery

Why this change was made

The daily public-documentation audit reviewed all 35 first-parent commits merged to develop during the exact window from 2026-09-23T03:00:45.849Z through 2026-09-24T03:00:45.849Z. These durable model, permission, and Session workflow changes were missing from the shipped docs; open documentation pull requests were treated as unshipped, and stale model-default wording was not copied.

Impact

Public documentation now matches the current coding-model defaults and the shipped approval and queued-message workflows. This is a documentation-only change.
