fix: give both chats a wider text column and polish the model chat - #3844

The playground and the model chat give their text a 48rem column, with the side padding outside it rather than inside. The model chat follows a streaming reply only while the reader is at the bottom, and every new turn or conversation starts there. A message's actions show on hover or focus and stay visible on touch screens, each named in a tooltip; the thumbs get accessible names and show which was picked. Code blocks in replies get a header with their language and a Copy button, through a new copyableCode option on Markdown that leaves the rest of its default styling alone. The Workspace rail no longer scrolls sideways, and the radio menu dot centers in its margin.
✅ Snyk checks have passed. No issues have been found so far.
