- Add ConfigStore/Config, SessionStore/Session and SessionPermissionStore (framework-free). - Session reuses one insight, clears logins and permissions on user change, signs out on 302. - Add SessionProvider, useSession, useConfig and useSessionPermissions. - useLogins now follows SessionProvider. - Add isAdminUser, registerUser, getUserInfo and setUserDefaultModel. - Type the getSystemConfig response from the backend. - Fix getSystemConfig clearing an already-fetched CSRF token. - Deprecate InsightStore auth, config and default-model members, and the Logins export. - Add Observable and isShallowEqual to @semoss/utility; the SDK bundles utility into dist. - AGENTS.md: the SDK may bundle utility; test files use .test.ts.
