`dot ai memory install` now finishes on Macs where the Antigravity CLI left an empty MCP config file.

### Fixed
- `dot ai memory install` no longer stops with "parse MCP config ~/.gemini/config/mcp_config.json: unexpected end of JSON input" when agy created that file empty; it adds the claude-mem server to it. (#287)

P2 Badge Tell affected users to rerun the failed install

For users whose v2.70.45 install stopped with this error, upgrading does not retroactively add the missing MCP entry; they must run dot ai memory install again. Without an ### Action needed instruction, agy remains without memory recall even after installing this fix. Add a conditional action item telling affected users to rerun the command.
