The hourly claude-mem peer sync no longer runs for hours or blocks heavy work on the Mac.

### Fixed
- The scheduled `dot ai memory sync` could run for hours at full CPU while holding the claude-mem database, so peer sync stopped, imports on the other Mac failed with "database is locked (SQLITE_BUSY)", and `dot admit` deferred every heavy job until the process was killed. Importing a week of overlap now takes seconds instead of hours. (#290)
- `dot ai memory sync` now stops on SIGTERM, and a new `--timeout` flag (default 10 minutes) ends a run that takes longer. In both cases the unfinished import is rolled back. The log names each step as it starts and ends, so a failed run shows where it stopped. (#290)
- The scheduled sync agent stops a run that is still going after 15 minutes, so a stuck run no longer holds the hourly slot. (#290)

### Action needed
- Run `dot update` (or `brew upgrade dotfiles`) on both Macs: each Mac's `dot` imports what the other one sends. (#290)
- Then run `dot ai memory install --peer <target>` once to rewrite the sync agent with the 15-minute limit. (#290)
