initial bookmarks implementation

Description

Adds support for bookmarks taken from https://github.com/smokku/cinny/ adding event rendering (copied from pin menu, will need to abstract it somewhere, seems to be duplicated in a lot of code like notifications, etc).

May be a good idea to use a virtualiser and fetch events only when they are visible, as with a lot of bookmarks it will fetch all of them
