Summary

  • production_package.read_manifest now accepts only jrutil-production bundle version 3 with serving schema 4. The test manifests are updated to match.
  • STATIC_PIPELINE.md and the README describe the 30-relation package:
    • zones live on route stop slots (route_stop_zone), on calls only where trips disagree (call_zone), and per stop (location_zone);
    • route_stop is the ordered stop list per route direction that every trip_call points at;
    • foreign keys are validated.
  • PROGRESS.md updates the serving status and adds a log entry.
  • BASE_PLAN.md is untouched; revising it is the next task.

Merge together with the JrUtil change on the same branch (Sap1k/jrutil, claude/tender-turing-kb21ts). Oběhy rejects the old v2 packages.

Testing

  • uv run pytest tests/unit -q: 75 passed.
  • uv run ruff check src tests, uv run ruff format --check src tests and uv run pyright: all clean.
  • No obehy build run.

Oběhy now accepts only jrutil-production bundle version 3 with serving
schema 4 (call-scoped zones, merged ordered route stops, validated foreign
keys). STATIC_PIPELINE.md and PROGRESS.md describe the new relation set.

The converters/jrutil pointer is not advanced; bump it once the JrUtil
change is merged.
