- Add [project.urls] (Homepage, Repository, Issues), missing entirely before this despite being live on PyPI. - Expand classifiers from 2 entries to a full, accurate set: development status, intended audience, per-version Python 3.9-3.12 (matching the CI matrix), Scientific/Engineering topics, and Typing :: Typed. - Add a py.typed marker (the package is pure Python with type hints but shipped without one) and declare it in [tool.setuptools.package-data] so it actually lands in the wheel. - Add the support@scigantic.com contact email to authors, matching the sibling scigantic-wwpdb package. - Add README badges (CI, PyPI version, license, Python versions). - Bump version to 0.4.1 in pyproject.toml, the single source of truth __init__.py reads back via importlib.metadata.version() at runtime (see the 0.1.3 changelog entry for the drift bug this pattern already fixed). requires-python's lack of an upper bound was checked and left as-is: this package is zero-dependency, so there's no third-party ceiling to defend against. GitHub repo topics were also set (bioinformatics, cryo-em, file-formats, parser, scientific-computing) via gh repo edit, separately from this commit.
