Problem

The commissioning docs tell the installer to write the source time zone into SemiPlot's connection.yaml.
SemiPlot no longer reads that key (Semiteq/SemiPlot#95): the viewer runs on the SCADA machine and reads the
archive in that machine's zone. Its loader also accepts only an IPv4 host now.

What changed

  • docs/architecture/overview.md step 6 and docs/deployment.md step 7: the connection file names host
127.0.0.1, the semiplot role and its password, and no time zone.

How it was verified

Docs only; git grep finds no other mention of the key outside docs/plans/.

(Semiteq/SemiPlot#95), and its loader accepts only an IPv4 host. The
commissioning step now names host 127.0.0.1, the role and its password.
