SemiPlot (Semiteq/SemiPlot#96) calls
semiplot_register_new_pens()only from its pen editor's "Refresh pen list" button and never at start. Three lines still said otherwise:docs/architecture/provisioning.md: who calls the function, and the cost note "at every viewer start and refresh" is now "at every press of the refresh button";docs/deployment.md: pens appear by the button, not on their own at start.Docs only; no code or SQL changes.
