Summary

• Land the CIP-000B warning slice: GPy.plotting.matplot_dep.visualize emits a DeprecationWarning on import, construction, and data_play, pointing at vidden and discussion Deprecating matplotlib visualize: what is in it, and why should it leave GPy? #1252.
• Replace the stick explorer spike with a stub that redirects to vidden.
• Bring CIP-000B backlog tasks; static plot / plot_latent / plot_confidence are unchanged. Examples still import visualize until vidden covers stick / oil / faces.

Test plan

• pytest GPy/testing locally (378 passed, 8 skipped)
• PR CI canary
• Import GPy.plotting.matplot_dep.visualize and confirm the warning names the interactive classes and links Deprecating matplotlib visualize: what is in it, and why should it leave GPy? #1252
• Confirm static plotting tests still pass
