Adds the Flutter guidelines for the MVVM rework: AGENTS.md + guidelines/ (architecture, code style, state management, models, API conventions, testing, theme, performance, security, localization). Documentation only — no application code changed. Divergent official recommendations (go_router, freezed, abstract repos) are noted as 'to consider', documenting the existing v2 code as the norm.
