Scope

This task is responsible for the final verification pass for the V1 component
recatalogation.

Verification checklist:

• pnpm test passes.
• pnpm exec tsc --noEmit passes.
• pnpm run build passes.
• Storybook builds successfully.
• Public package consumption verification passes.
• No component remains in a folder that contradicts the approved inventory.
• No temporary aliases remain without a documented deprecation note.
• Light/dark visual smoke review is complete for moved components.
• Accessibility smoke review is complete for interactive moved components.

Out of scope:

• Implementing recatalogation changes that belong in refactor(v1): recatalog MVP primitives and atoms #224, refactor(v1): recatalog MVP molecules and organisms #225, or docs(v1): update exports, Storybook taxonomy, and migration notes #226.
• Closing deferred items without explicit maintainer approval.

Current workflow
