I'd like to suggest making the horse taming system work like it does on the Korean server.
In addition to the basic horses that can be purchased from the stable, there are also War Horses. These are the ones that can be tamed, and each one has a set of randomly generated stats. This encourages players to keep searching for horses with better attributes, adding more depth and replayability to the system.
