release/0.4.0上已经集成的 0.4.0 全部 16 步（27 个 PR） 合入main。这是 0.4.0 的最终发布 PR，main目前没有自己的提交（release/0.4.0完全包含main）。已集成的切片
合并顺序按依赖执行：
#264 → #265 → #268 → #270 → #271 … → #290，全部 merge commit。#266/#267 的 head 提交经#270的基线（codex/040-file-kernel-base，已在其中解决 [3] 新增 vs [4a] 整文件移动的冲突）进入，因此两者显示为 Merged 而不是各自产生一次合并。验证
release/0.4.0=4c972533e31e20688b453951a74e1e242a36fa7a，树与 CI 验证过的bbefe5af（chore(release): [16c/16] prepare the 0.4.0 candidate and acceptance record #290 head）完全相同：818d2022c84405405bac2e387581b2fbc3b3c2b4。CI required。npm ci（0 漏洞）、npm run build（src→lib、35 资产、19 个 PTC API）、tsc --noEmit、build/package-source 套件通过。已知限制（不阻断合并，发布前应处理）
docs/benchmark-gates.md记的验收提交是112e34e，而基准证据040-final-approved-benchmark.json（5c49f564…）不在仓库内（bench/runs/被忽略），无法从仓库复现该记录。benchmark-gates.yml仅workflow_dispatch；workflow_dispatch需要工作流存在于默认分支，因此跨平台基准门派发要等本次合并落main之后才可用。docs/CHANGELOG.md仍是[Unreleased]（且存在重复的[Unreleased]标题），尚未整理出## [0.4.0]。docs/native-ptc.md、docs/macos-arm64.md），且native-ptc.md仍称 bash/pwsh 是 optionalDependencies（refactor(shell): [12/16] leave PowerShell with its host #281 已删除该字段）。发布范围
不发布 npm、不打 tag、不改 Release。 npm
latest维持0.3.0，release.yml保持禁用；v0.3.2是本轮单独的 GitHub-only 发布。
