Prepare the requested 0.4.2 patch release by updating the root package, published CLI package, and CLI runtime version together. The release contains #45: Morphfactory (BETA) provider selection at first launch and through /provider, /config, and --provider, with separate credentials and existing Infron behavior preserved.

This PR changes only version strings. After the release commit passes CI, the existing trusted-publishing workflow will publish npm with provenance and create the GitHub Release. Release notes will retain the documented provider limitations: Morphfactory does not expose the experimental raw/object completion endpoint, and balance/credit reporting remains Infron-specific.

Validation: frozen install, typecheck, build, all 1,671 tests across 97 files, tool-schema lint, diff check, and built CLI version returning 0.4.2. The provider implementation also passed visible PTY and live Morphfactory validation in #45. No Infron live request was made while the service is unavailable.

• npm audit signatures verified the registry signature and attestation. Provenance identifies this repository, tag, commit, and release run.
• The OpenLab contribution index and release announcement are updated.
