[Tracking] Docker image and end-to-end tests on MiniMax #5235

This issue only coordinates. Implement the sub-issues, not this issue.
Maintainer setup, in ticket order
No Anthropic credential is needed anywhere in this track. Model calls go to MiniMax through Claude Code's ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL and ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN variables; #5230 has the details and the clean-container proof.
