When an array mutation (removeValue, swapValues, moveValue, insertValue) moves a keyed item, that item's <form.Field> receives a new name, but _getOrCreateFieldApi resolves the same field API, because _moveTo already moved it there. fieldApi doesn't change, so its shallowRef doesn't trigger, and nothing else tracks the field view's name getter. Components that receive the field through a prop (<TextInput :field="field" />, the pattern in docs/arrays.md) or through createFormHook injection keep rendering the old name.
Whether this shows up depends on unrelated state. With defaultValues at those indices, a move changes isDirty/isDefaultValue, so a consumer that also reads value or meta happens to rerender and picks up the new name. Items added with pushValue have no defaults, so nothing else changes and the name stays stale. Inline slot content is not affected, because <form.Field> itself rerenders when its name prop changes.
Repro: push { id: 'a' }, { id: 'b' } into an empty array, render the items with :key="item.id" and a child component that renders field.name, then call removeValue(0). b's child still renders items[1].title instead of items[0].title. Values, errors and handlers are correct; only name and anything derived from it (name/id/for attributes) is stale.
Fix:useField keeps the resolved field's name in a shallowRef, updated in the existing watcher that re-resolves the field, and the view's name getter reads it. This follows the same pattern as the value getter reading selection.
I avoided triggerRef(fieldApi): the fieldApi watcher would unregister and re-register the field, which fires unmount/mount listeners and devtools mount events on every move.
I also counted renders and listener calls with a probe component. After the fix, each moved consumer rerenders once per mutation, consumers whose name doesn't change (e.g. removeValue on the last item) don't rerender, and no mount/unmount listeners run.
Tests:tests/array-field-names.spec.ts covers remove / swap / move / insert for prop-passed and injected consumers. Each case checks the rendered name, the input's name attribute, and that typing afterwards still writes to the moved path. All 8 fail on alpha and pass with this change.
Not covered here: index-keyed lists (:key="index"), where the component keeps the field API that was killed or moved away. That's #2391 / #2393.

Bug Fixes
Field names now stay in sync with their items when array entries are removed, swapped, moved, or inserted. This applies to fields rendered through both slots and injected components.
Array mutations move existing field APIs to new names. With keyed items,
the moved item's Field resolves the same field API under its new name, so
the field API ref doesn't change and neither do value or meta. Child and
injected consumers that read field.name kept rendering the old name.
Track the resolved name in useField alongside the field API and read it
from the field view's name getter. This avoids triggering the field API
ref, which would unregister and re-register the field and fire mount and
unmount listeners on every move.
Vue field bindings now expose a reactive field name separately from the field API. Field views read the name ref, and tests cover keyed array mutations in slot and injected modes.

useField returns a field API ref and a separate name ref. Field components pass the name ref to field views, which read it in the name getter.

Explanation
The title names the main change: field.name stays reactive after keyed array mutations in the Vue form package. It matches the changeset and the code changes in useField, fieldView, and Components. The title follows the [v2] Fix(vue): prefix style but is otherwise specific and concise, and it does not describe anything absent from the changeset.

Assert mount and unmount events for keyed moves, and allow only the removed and inserted item IDs.
The current tests check names and writes only. A regression that unregisters and re-registers moved fields would still pass. Add lifecycle recording to the existing fixture and spec. Do not add a second const view.
Fixture: add mount and unmount listeners to the existing <form.Field> inside the v-for. Record item.id in each callback. Pass the recorders into ArrayFieldNames as props. Because the single <form.Field> wraps both branches, this covers slot and injected without duplication. Keep the listeners array stable across renders.
Spec: keep the single const view declaration. Create the recorders before render, and clear them after the initial render.
Cases: add mounted and unmounted ID lists to each case, and do not branch on action:
Remove first: mounted none; unmounted a.
Swap first two: none; none.
Move first to last: none; none.
Insert first: mounted z; unmounted none.
Assertion order: after the existing titles check, compare the recorded arrays with toEqual. Those checks wait for the DOM update, so the lifecycle callbacks have run.
Moved items must produce no callbacks, even transiently. Removed and inserted items may produce only the expected single callback.
