fix(form-core): preserve File and Blob values in transform - #2461
mergeAndUpdate deep-copies the form state before running a transform. deepCopy copied File and Blob values into empty plain objects, and the diff then wrote those objects back into the form, dropping attachments whenever a transform ran. Return Blob instances (including File) by reference instead.

objects, and the diff then wrote those {} values back into the form. Any
transform, including one that only merges server validation errors, dropped
file attachments.
deepCopy now returns Blob instances (which includes File) by reference.
This is safe because Blob is immutable, so sharing one reference between the
copy and the original cannot cause aliasing problems.
Adds tests for File, Blob, Files nested in objects and arrays, and a
transform that only merges errors. All four fail without the fix.
