[ENHANCEMENT] Improved Transaction Form with Custom Calendar, Validation, and Dark Mode Support

• Added a dropdown list for the Category field where users can select from common expense/income categories.
• Each category displays a corresponding emoji in the transaction list (e.g., 🏥 for Hospital).
• Introduced an "Other" option: If the user selects "Other", they can enter a custom category which will be saved and shown in the list for future use.
• Strict input validation for the amount field — only numbers and a single decimal point are allowed.
• Enhanced UI for type selection (Income / Expense).
• Replaced the native date input with a custom calendar featuring better styling, navigation, and usability.
• Fully supports Dark Mode with consistent styling across all elements.

You have done an amazing job👍. I really wanted that category drop down box to select the categories and on the way to raise the issue but you have done it Kudos👌. The UI looks more better now as compare to previous.

Now, the only thing you have to do is that resolve the conflicts. Please resolve the conflicts carefully and make sure someone else change would not be deleted by you. If this happened then we have to close your PR without merging it. So, please be careful while resolving conflicts.
