The star history chart in the README is currently broken and not rendering, which makes the repository look less active. This change points it to a working service so the chart displays correctly again.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken and not rendering, which makes the repository look less active when people visit. This change restores it using a working source so the chart displays correctly again.
