Label Gun not respecting claimed chunks

When a player uses a Label Gun on a Factory Manager located inside another player's FTB Chunks-claimed and protected area, the block interaction bypasses claim permissions. In this case, right-clicking cleared all labels on the Factory Manager, even though the interacting player has no build/interact permissions in the claim (e.g., standard interactions like opening doors are correctly blocked).

Steps to Reproduce

• Claim a chunk using FTB Chunks as Player A. Ensure non-allied interaction/building permissions are set to default (denied).
• Place a Factory Manager (Super Factory Manager / SFM) in the claimed area and assign labels to adjacent inventories or sides.
• As Player B (a non-allied player without interact/edit permissions in Player A's claim), attempt to interact with Player A's Factory Manager using a Label Gun.
• Observe that the interaction executes anyway, modifying or wiping the existing labels on the block.

Expected Behavior

• The Label Gun interaction should respect FTB Chunks permissions:
• Non-allied players should be prevented from reading, overwriting, or clearing labels inside protected claims.
• The interaction should cancel/fail silently or trigger the standard FTB Chunks permission-denied notification.

Actual Behavior
The Label Gun successfully interacts with the Factory Manager, modifying/clearing its data and bypassing claim restrictions.
