Purpose of this PR:

Use a more permissive QT_QPA_PLATFORM variable value for Dolphin to also support Wayland in the future.

How to Test:

Launch Dolphin on Linux. The version check should still work and Dolphin should not crash due to a broken QT_QPA_PLATFORM variable.

What Has Been Changed:

The QT_QPA_PLATFORM override on Linux has been changed from xcb to wayland;xcb.
