bk-cli apigateway list_current_app_permissions，通过现有 YAML action 调用当前应用权限查询接口，支持授权维度、网关/资源精确过滤与 limit/offset 分页参数，并沿用共享认证、context、stage、header、dry-run、jq、verbose 和 insecure 行为。帮助和使用说明明确单页分页、过期记录、永久授权以及有效网关授权覆盖资源的判断方式，补充查询后按既有确认流程批量申请权限的工作流。
验证：
make fmt、make lint、make test（26 个 suite）、make build及集成 runner 单元测试通过。新增 9 个命令行为测试，覆盖请求映射、共享凭据、响应及大整数保留、脱敏、错误和帮助。APIGW-010 使用真实构建的 CLI、仓库 YAML runner 和现有 Flask mock，按场景 ID 与文件路径分别通过全部 7 个步骤。make test-integration SCENARIO=APIGW-010因环境未提供 Docker 而失败；上述集成用例已通过相同 runner 和 mock 在本地直接执行，Docker Compose 编排仍需 CI 验证。
